Happy Day to You and wishing you the patience to see how important it is to be still and learn new coping skills.

Here's an example that worked for me personally. I had a call that was emergent, and I had plans to follow a protocol, and I had to change my whole day around.

By using the skills of mindfulness It allows me to guid myself and remain calm when things are not.

Learning to have mindfulness practice and truly making a commitment is what can help you, too.

Making a quick decision was necessary for me today , and My post's had to wait,

If you practice mindfulness and stillness your reselence becomes stronger and so do your decisions.
