Do you ever struggle with negative thinking? We all do at times, but there are ways to combat these issues and turn them into positive thinking.
We have many thoughts a day in fact 70, 000 a day.  Negative thinking can have a strong powerful grip over us, and affect our relationships, employment, and decesions.

If we are not able to recognize the negativity that can bring us feeling down, depressed, or stop us from making good decesions our thoughts can be harmful.
